How We Got Started
Roxie AC & Heating was founded in 2011 by Oscar Wells right here in Sacramento, California. What started as a small, locally owned operation has grown into a trusted HVAC contractor serving homeowners and businesses across the greater Sacramento area.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: provide reliable heating and cooling service without the runaround. Oscar had spent years in the HVAC trade learning the work hands-on, and he saw an opportunity to build a company that treated customers fairly, showed up on time, and charged honest prices. That approach is why so many local customers keep coming back and referring their neighbors.
Today, Roxie AC & Heating handles everything from AC installation and repair to furnace maintenance and full system replacements. We work on all major HVAC brands and serve homes and businesses throughout Sacramento and the surrounding communities.

Manager
Sacramento native and lifelong resident, with over a decade of hands-on HVAC experience.
Oscar Wells grew up in Sacramento and has called it home his whole life. He knows the area well and understands what locals deal with when it comes to keeping their homes comfortable through hot summers and cold winters.
Oscar has been working in the HVAC industry for over a decade. He started out as a technician and worked his way up, learning the trade hands-on before taking on a management role at Roxie AC & Heating. He takes pride in making sure every job is done right and that customers are treated fairly.
Outside of work, Oscar stays involved in the Sacramento community. He supports local events and believes in giving back to the neighborhood that has supported his business. He is known for being straightforward with customers and easy to work with, which has helped Roxie AC & Heating build a solid reputation in the area over the years.
